How long will it take to receive my Police Clearance?
The processing time for fingerprint-based background checks is determined by the RCMP. In cases where no criminal record is found, the process is usually completed within 3 business days, after which the results are mailed to the specified address. If a criminal record is present, processing may take longer. For more details, please refer to the RCMP’s website.

Required Documents
- Z 2 valid pieces of IDs. Please click here to see the list of Acceptable Identifications.
- Z Fingerprint Card/ Cards (our offices only carry FBI [FD-258] cards and Standard Canadian card [C216C])
- Z Passport picture if the Fingerprinting Card is required to have one (please glue the picture on the card before coming)
- Z Any request letter/ email/ instructions from the requesting organization regarding your RCMP background check.
